Nerdverse facilitates live voice conversations between users. You are responsible for your conduct during these sessions. We do not record voice sessions. By participating, you agree to treat other participants with respect.
Some features of Nerdverse may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at nerds@hellouniverse.co.
Nerdverse and its content are owned by Hello Universe. You retain ownership of any content you create, and by posting it you grant us a license to display and operate it within the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
